The Sugar Plum Fairy’s Friday Tips!

 

1  Eat three meals a day.

2  Have only one alcoholic drink a day. Each glass over, costs you one starch at your next meal.

3  Look at your slim photo before you open the fridge door.

4  Drink a glass of water at each meal.

5  Visualize yourself as the slim version of you, before you rise each morning.

6  Dress to look your best.

7  Sit down to your meals and arrange the food beautifully.

8  Add lemon slices to your 2 litre water bottle.

9  Aim for one kg loss per week.

10  Do 40 minutes of exercise daily.
